(September 15, 2022, 2:26 pm)Clean, excellent locker rooms, love the sauna and pool, they have 2 stepper machines which I lobe as I can always get my cardio in. Also let's not forget the staff, friendly and helpful to the person!
(May 6, 2022, 10:11 pm)First time at Medford Fitness. I had loved the atmosphere and the equiment looked clean and amazing! Donnie had answered all of my questions and concerns. Overall great gym and place for a great workout.
(February 9, 2022, 12:28 pm)Wasn't sure about this gym because it's a 40 min drive for me but checked it out on a recommendation of a friend. Gym is amazing! All the equipment you need plus some. Very clean as well. Met with a manager named Donnie and he took care of everything for me. You could tell I wasn't just a sales stat to him. Signed on the spot, going on week 3 and no regrets.

A wide variety of classes included in membership- Zumba, spinning, etc. Great variety of new machines upstairs. Rooms you can use when classes are not in session.
