All of the therapists take their time with each patient and always explain the purpose of each exercise you are doing. They are sure to ask for feedback as well to make sure you feel okay and nothing is aggravating your symptoms. You can tell that they really do care about their patients and want to help them get well. Not to mention the facility is great too, even if you're just looking for a place to work out. “This review is from a student's experience. I have been taking karate here for 10 years now and I absolutely love it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It teaches amazing self-defense while also building upon concentration, maturity, and confidence. All of the senseis here are amazing and very helpful. I have made so many friends growing up here and it is such an amazing place. When I was 4 I had always looked up to each and every black belt. Student or not. Now, being one, I love helping out each and every student and hoping with all of my heart that they will stay the whole journey. I love hearing all of sensei mike's lectures about bullying or confidence or being good in school, and I hope to here many more in the upcoming years. I love this place so much, and would recommend it to anybody. To anyone who wants to do karate here or is doing karate here, always remember, "A black belt is a white belt that never quit." Asa!”
