“I had a great experience with the company from beginning to end. I requested an estimate via the website during the day, and received an email from Pete that night. I was so surprised at the quick response! Pete scheduled an appointment for the estimate at a convenient time; he was timely, professional, friendly and patient while explaining everything to me. Although I received estimates from three other companies, I decided to go with DJK because Pete was the only representative who recognized additional issues with my roof and gutters that needed to be addressed. I am sure his attention to detail in identifying and correcting the problems will prevent additional costs for me in the future. Pete also had someone from the company drop-off shingle color samples for me within a day or so. The company’s owner, Darren, and his team arrived early on the scheduled installation day, ready to work. Darren is such a nice guy. He was extremely personable and spent time chatting with my husband and I before we headed off to work. When we returned home, the team was wrapping up. The color and installation overall looked great! Neighbors admired our home’s new look. My husband noticed that a couple of short rows of shingles were not quite straight. Darren, Pete and the team accepted responsibility, followed through to identify the reason (which was a problem with my house), and ensured the issue was corrected.
