“I've been a member here for 5 months and not a day goes by that I don't love it. Everyone is friendly and there's none of that snootiness some people experience at other boxes. The classes are always fun whether you're new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete. I recommend CrossFit Hygge to anyone I meet who is interested in giving CrossFit a try.”

“When you need to be restored both physically and spiritually, SV Massage is where you should come to. Ranging from Swedish to Deep tissue massage, Sharon is able to adjust her techniques in order to specifically focus on pin-pointed areas. I work out intensely in a daily basis and usually feel slight pain in my lower back. Nevertheless, after as little as a 30min SV massage session, I am ready to tackle the world! She’s efficient, effective , and embraces diversity. Most importantly, her studio is filled with positive energy. Need healing? I highly recommend SV Massage ????????♂️”

“My 12 year old son plays travel baseball and has competed throughout the eastern US. Due to the highly competetive nature of the sport my wife and I decided that it was time to seek out an offseason program for him as well as lay the groundwork for in season maintenance and development. We gathered information from three fitness centers. Each offered different segments of what we were looking for and we were considering a possible combination approach. The financial impact of this plan would have put a drain on our household. We discovered Lights Out Academy at the baseball facility where our son trains. We were introduced to Bryan Henry of Lights Out through the Tri-State Arsenal. He was recommended by people that we trust. Bryan gladly met with my wife and I. He was already familiar with our son from the facility. Bryan described a plan that met both our short term and long term goals. He counseled us on the common misconceptions of youth training and answered all of our questions. Bryan's plan will enable my son to meet his fitness goals and allow him to specifically focus on a baseball centric development plan safely. The cost for the basic two session a week plan at Lights Out Academy was very reasonable and far below the combination fitness center plan we were considering. Bryan has been very flexible with scheduling, allowing us to work around school work and other activities. Over the years my son has not always been excited about workouts although he has always done them. Since he has been with Bryan he has been eager to go, in fact asking to fit additional sessions in where possible. He has been working out with Bryan for several months and we are comfortable knowing that we have found a good fit for our son. I have nothing to gain from these statements. I am receiving no discount or favor. I am simply sharing how pleased we are with Bryan and Lights Out Academy. My son is in a highly competetive sports environment and it is only going to increase as he gets older. Starting the process now will give our son the competative edge needed to reach his goals. Sincerely, John Scullion”
