(September 22, 2018, 2:24 pm)Great campground near the Carranza Memorial. There’s a well here at the front with very clean looking water (although I still filtered it). The loud military planes can be a bit annoying. Batona Trail runs right next to it. Lots of spaces.
(June 22, 2018, 3:02 pm)What looks like a great campground is actually an abandoned government research facility! Their last known project was creating super-soldier-mosquitos before a containment breach forced them to flee. These mutant mosquitos are immune to bugspray and have evolved to be able to bite through jeans and sleeping bags.
