The entrance to the second floor/building however was disturbing filthy while the reception area is like a storeroom. “First off, real person here, not a bot. Second, reading these reviews before our stay last night scared me for a minute, but boy were most of them wrong! The room smelled fantastic (like cleaner) and was super clean, the sheets were freshly washed and tucked, and the towels were cleaned recently as well. The bathrooms were super nice, had hot water (quickly too) and GREAT water pressure in the shower. The attendants at the front desk were nothing but friendly each time we saw them, and asked if we needed anything. I really only have two complaints, and they’re completely minor in relation to how CHEAP it was to stay here. The first is that the towels were like super small and threadbare, but still worked. The second being the breakfast, it was subpar (there was no waffle batter left, no milk, etc.) but it was passable and again, for the price, we couldn’t complain. Overall, a lot of these reviews seem to be either inaccurate or entitled. We loved our stay here!”

“Kids had a blast! Our kids range from 2 to 6, so this park was perfect. It isn't very big which makes it easy to keep eyes on your kids. There are 2 separate levels which isn't the best when 1 kid wants to go up and the other down, but overall, better for our family. We went to Great Wolf Lodge before and it was really rough to keep an eye on our kids because the place was sooooo big.”

“This hotel was a lovely experience I had no complaints. Anything I needed got fixed right away. The room was very clean and well put together. We had a room on the ground floor where the park was so we had easy access to the park. Our room had a mini refrigerator. There was a microwave and ice machine in the hallway. Great friendly staff I would definitely recommend this place.”

“Just got back to NY ... .. Sons first camping trip (Tent). We had a blast... Definitely going back.. .The staff and people there were incredibly nice and helpful.. The campsite was very well kept..Thank you guys for making my sons first trip a great memory.. It was everything i wanted... As for Roberto's comment...u are right on about the flag.. Definitely a turnoff and almost made me question if i was welcomed there.. Especially with an 8 year old child, alone , 116 miles away from home... But i can honestly say that thought was relinquished immediately.. Everyone there was great.”
