I highly recommend this company because they moved all of our heavy furniture with care. The movers were absolutely amazing too! They were very professional and respectful to us.
This is our second time using Twin Oaks and we were once again so happy with the professionalism of the entire company. From the first home visit for our quote, to the front office paper work, to the moving out and moving in days, everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local or long distance move.
Yesterday and today Twin Oaks packed and loaded our home of 31 years as we head to SC. The packing team was terrific, extremely efficient, polite, pleasant and flexible. The loading crew today was also exceptional, quick, communicated with us and each other, and was willing to do whatever was needed. The office staff was pleasant and timely in their communication as well. It is commendable and shows that the teams are employees of Twin Oaks - not people “rented” for the day based on demand. It makes a difference, as they are well trained, want to perform well, and are proud of the work they do. They all were sensitive to the difficulties faced in moving, and did whatever they could to make the process as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Twin Oaks based on our experience!!
Twin oaks moving is the best. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate my parents move into assisted living facility that was delayed many times.
They were prompt with scheduled arrival time and did a great job with packing and moving.
