When I say she was genuinely nice and started to tell me her favorites so I can choose from it was like I known her forever because we were talking about other things as well. Her energy was so endearing and very welcoming. I did not realize she was the owner and I must say the other cookies she recommended were a big hit among me and my friends!! Having purchased from Mattress Firm in the past we felt confident in the process. Again, Ricky was very accommodating and answered all our questions with confidence.
