From the time I got to the store I felt welcome and appreciate. Nicholas was our sales person and was great to work with. He showed us what we wanted and then helped us save money with sales and discounts. He helped load the king size bed frame in car and was very appreciative for our business. He showed great customer service and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks Nicholas for the wonderful service you provided to us and for the great bed frame we got. We will definitely be back when we need anything.

We visited the Wake Forest location in search of a pillow we previously purchased years ago! Ricky greeted us immediately and while we were only asking about a pillow he was eager to assist. It turns out these Coconut pillows are like a diamond in the rough. Ricky was engaging and knowledgeable so we decided to look at a new mattress. Having purchased from Mattress Firm in the past we felt confident in the process. Again, Ricky was very accommodating and answered all our questions with confidence. From start to finish we received great service and would definitely recommend! We are excited to get our mattress & will leave a review once we’ve had many a good nights sleep on it! Until then go get one of those coconut pillows 😊

Ricky at Mattress Firm in Wake Forrest was fantastic. We purchased two mattresses (a king for us and a queen for our son’s room) and he really helped make the whole process very easy. He’s very kind and easy to like. Plus he’s knowledgeable and I felt like he knew what he was doing. In this day and time, true quality service is hard to find, and he Ricky is definitely an asset to Mattress Firm they need to keep!!! I will recommend him to friends and family!

We went in today looking for a mattress for our new place. We did not have a specific mattress in mind, but Ricky was able to show us the different types of mattresses that were available. We had some hiccups due to financing, but he was very helpful in getting us a great deal and assuring us that we were getting the best mattress to fit us. I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm and if you have Ricky working then you are in great hands.

It had been several years since we bought a mattress and our needs have changed since the last one bought. Ricky was great in listening to what we were looking for and recommending the mattress that would help my husband get the best support for a good nights sleep. He provided education on the mattress we chose but also talked about sleep positions and how mattresses work. It was a great no sales pressure experience and we are excited about our decision to purchase. Would highly recommend the Mattress Firm store off Capital Blvd in Wake Forest and the people running it!
