“We visited the Wake Forest location in search of a pillow we previously purchased years ago! Ricky greeted us immediately and while we were only asking about a pillow he was eager to assist. It turns out these Coconut pillows are like a diamond in the rough. Ricky was engaging and knowledgeable so we decided to look at a new mattress. Having purchased from Mattress Firm in the past we felt confident in the process. Again, Ricky was very accommodating and answered all our questions with confidence. From start to finish we received great service and would definitely recommend! We are excited to get our mattress & will leave a review once we’ve had many a good nights sleep on it!
