“I changed my rating of 1 star to 4 after the manager called me personally and apologized. I was upset because the website gave false information about open play when it wasn't open. I am pleased that not only I was given a call but they seem to have fixed the issue on the website. Good customer service goes a long way. My only suggestion at this point is to make the hours for open play more clear on the main part of the website instead of having to click through and find the information.”
