“I was going to another salon for a few months. I wanted to have my hair lightened and I knew it would take several appointments. Lightening hair is a gradual process. The staff were very cool and the cost wasn't terrible but every time I went, the girl would put dark dye on my roots and lighten the rest. The last visit, I said I wanted it ALL lightened. Again, she put dark dye on my roots and the color wasn't really getting any lighter either. I decided to go see Melissa at Hair Cuttery. I knew she was a senior stylist and I explained what I wanted and what my hair had already been through. She was able to lighten all of my hair safely and gave me the exact haircut I was looking for. I loved it. I got so many compliments on it. Melissa asked many questions which showed me she wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She was thorough and pleasant and worth the cost. I'm going back for a touch up this week.”

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Everything about this men’s warehouse is exceptional. I went in to get fitted for a suit for my best friends wedding. This is the first time I’m wearing a suit in years so I have no idea what I am doing. I was greeted immediately and the gentleman offered his assistance. He took his time showing me different options and explaining different features to me. He took his time taking all my measurements and asking my opinion to make sure I was going to have the best fit. After my rental was complete I realized I got a bunch of wrong stuff. My friend went in and fixed everything and they also made that easy. When I went back in to pick up my rental, everything fit perfectly. The gentleman put everything back as it should be and I was good to go. At checkout the new stuff was cheaper than what I originally got and they gave me the difference back onto my card. Annalisa, who I am assuming is a manager or supervisor, made the pick up and refund experience so easy. She explained exactly what she was doing and made it more difficult on her part so my card didn’t get charged twice. She was super friendly and double checked my bag to make sure I got everything. The whole staff here was incredible and I felt like they were all trying to make me happy instead of trying to make a sale which is super in this line of work. Thank you to the entire team at this location for making me experience super easy. I will definitely be back for my next event!!”
