I would highly recommend Brighter Days Senior Care to anyone considering private home health aides for their parents or loved ones. Donna, the owner, is a very caring individual who conscientiously oversees all aspects of the level of care that is given to her clients. She has a knack for choosing aides who are compassionate and very reliable. It was very consoling to know that my father was in the hands of people went above and beyond in providing high quality care.

Brighter Days Senior Care is a wonderful agency. Donna and Kate are very “Hands On” managers. Brighter days took care of my mom at her Home and now they are providing companion services at the Assisted Living Facility where my mom resides. The staff are reliable, friendly and all very caring and capable individuals. They try their best to tailor their care to each individuals lifestyle and needs. I can’t say enough about this group of caregivers. Donna and Kate are always available if needed, and will do their best to provide the care that meets your needs.

Wouldn’t trust my elderly loved ones with anyone else! After my grandmother spent a few weeks in rehab for a foot injury and she was back home, she needed some help getting around. Brighter Days sent professional, compassionate, and respectful employees to help my grandmother with every day tasks like cooking, light cleaning, and assisting her with whatever she needed. If I didn’t already have 2 jobs, I would consider working for them because they are a lovely company.

I worked for this company a little over a year ago before moving out of state. The operations manager, Kaitlyn Murphy, was always professional and extremely helpful. Donna was a wonderful boss who was very understanding. Each job that I was placed on, I was properly trained and Kaitlyn was available at all hours if I ever had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend working for Brigter Days. This job has left such a lasting impression.

My every interaction with owner Donna, amazing aide Maddie, and loving and loyal Kim, was positive. They all gave the best of care to my father and mother. They felt like part of my family and I give them the highest recommendation. All of the other Brighter Day aides that I met were also very capable and I know Donna held to her very high standards when hiring new employees.
