“We moved in to Kingsrow in 4/2018. This experience has been wonderful! Jill and Tyler in the office have provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service at all hours of the day. The maintenance crew, Bill and Ken, never hesitated to help us or fix anything. They installed a shower grab bar and a handicap parking space directly in front of our apartment for us! We are only leaving because we’re purchasing a home. Overall it’s a clean, quiet community and a wonderful home!”

“Some friends of mine live here, so I come by often. Seems like there could be some more maintenance work done on the buildings, and the parking lot in the back is a pot hole disaster. Overall not a bad place, but could use some investment in repairs. EDIT: Didn't realize that the area in the back is under separate management, I thought the whole place was Pine Ridge. Thanks for setting me straight! I've updated the review score.”

“I just recently moved into the Kingsway building and I am thrilled that I did. The downtown atmosphere is amazing the way it is decorated for the holidays is beautiful. The office staff including the property manager Joanne is so pleasant and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure my apartment was beautiful. I work from home and the building is very quiet. I’m thrilled that I decided to move in to this building.”
