“I had an accident with my brand new 2018 Chevy Impala. I brought my car to Caliber Collision on Monday and it was ready on Thursday. Wow! I want to thank David who was very thorough, friendly and professional. He did the intake and walk-around. He showed me what would be done, prepared the estimate and explained it very well. Tara was so friendly and professional, too! When I picked up my car, David went over the car with me and demonstrated that all the lights, turn signals, horn, wipers and mirrors were in working order. I pointed out a small smudge, outside of the repair area that may not have been from their shop, but he was happy to oblige me. He was able to use the "magic in the bottle" and buffed it out, restoring the brilliant shine. Let me say, you can not tell this car was ever in an accident. The repair work and components that were replaced are perfectly aligned. The entire lamp assembly on the left front was damaged and replaced. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision if your car needs to be perfect.”
