“I have to say this was an amazing experience. I am in an insurance situation where I needed work to be done right away. My current dentist was not making any effort to work with me on my situation. Stratford Dental was my first call to find a dentist to help me. Kelly (who is PHENOMENAL) at the front desk was able to work her magic to get me in the same day. I love how she gave me the run down of my insurance plan, told me how much everything would be, and was willing to work with me for payments on the work needed. Dr. Balling and his assistant Stephanie made my experience great. I love the digital technology, how calming they made the appointment and how much they explained everything so I can fully understand what is going on. Their bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced. Other practices should look to them as an example on how to treat patients. I cannot wait to transfer to my records to this practice.”
