(February 29, 2020, 2:56 pm)I like it here. My wife first came here and then I’ve been here the past multiple times. The staff are nice. I go downstairs and eat in the bistro and enjoy the food and atmosphere. I liked therapy too. Samantha the therapist was a good person to work with. I enjoyed my time working with everyone here. I recommend to anyone seeking therapy services.
(January 4, 2020, 4:25 pm)My immediate impression when I walked in was BEAUTIFUL. Facility was clean, well maintained and smelled clean. I asked staff multiple questions back to back and they were more than happy to answer me. Private room was a major plus. I love this facility!!
(December 8, 2019, 2:31 pm)I have stayed here before and enjoy this place. I enjoy the activities guest services provides. Exceptional services under the conditions I came in. I could not do anything myself until I got here. I could not even feed myself or clean myself. The therapy is excellent. They take good care of me. That’s why I requested to come back due to therapy being so good! The nurses are great and so are the aides. Flavia and Amy are hardworking. Cynthia and the other nurse that begins with an S are outstanding. Dining is very good, food delivery corrected. Johnathan does a very good job managing, he corrects any issues which may arise. I recommend this place to anyone seeking therapy.
(November 25, 2019, 2:40 pm)The food has been really good! So far the therapy has been good... staff have also been good. The activities have been fun like the bingo, arts and crafts, and the stress management. The live music on Friday night in the bistro was awesome! Nurses and aides have been taking good care of me.
(November 24, 2019, 9:30 am)The therapy aspects were absolutely outstanding; staff cooperative, always pushing for me to stand and walk straight and tighten the muscles; which is to my benefit. The aides were supportive and I can’t say they were always available partly because they were not always requested by me but they had many responsibilities. I was surprised how good the food was, Johnathan put in a lot of efforts and was outstanding. He seemed to be always looking to improve the food delivery by his staff and the dining experience. He and his staff had great attitude towards patients. The Bistro was good and I got every meal from there. Johnathan became a friend to my wife and I. The events, such as the apple festival and the live music were a nice touch. He was able to execute these perfectly. He is dedicated to his work and it shows through his interactions with patients. I have stayed here before and I am always impressed. Nurse practitioner was helpful prior to discharge and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend. Sue in PT I worked closely with during a majority of my sessions, she was supportive, understanding, and gave me that push I needed to improve! She was a therapist and a friend.
