He is wheelchair-bound, his room is on the 2nd floor and is heavier (around 235). AMSTAR sent ample staff, equipment and vehicles so they were prepared for whatever it took to get him to his appointment ON TIME, and on time he was! I had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine on the phone to book a rental but at the time they didn't have anything available, she called other locations in order to find something then called me as soon as she was able to reserve a vehicle. Jessica picked us up from our house, took us to the facility to sign everything and was overall very professional and courteous. Smh & don't give me that "Different companies different rules" blah blah blah. They have insurance, I have insurance, they have my card...no need for the hold. ~venting session complete~”
