Multiple carts are in the building to use along with automatic lighting. Between signing up, getting a tour, and then making a trip in to my unit to store my first load of stuff, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. They took apart the furniture that needed it and assembled it at the new location. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company. They did NOT PLAY the game that other moving companies play...which is giving a low ball estimate ...then charging MUCH more at the end of the day.
