From the personal attention that Tom gave us at installation to any repair and replacement parts over the years , they are always prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Also, if there was a special occasion , Tom and staff ALWAYS got any issues handled prior to the event, even if it meant coming out on weekends or after working hours..I can't say enough about USA Pools. “On a Saturday, I found a bug I thought was a bedbug. I contacted Superior Solutions in Avalon by email, via their website, and Charles, the owner, called me back within the hour! I was pretty upset, and Charles calmly talked me through their procedure for getting rid of the pests, and assured me they could help me right away. After sending a photo of the bug via text, I was assured that particular critter was NOT a bed bug, which put my mind at ease( at least for now). I am so appreciative of the calm and quick manner in which my questions were answered. Charles displayed expert knowledge in his field, and made me feel confident in his advice.”

“I made my first visit to Avalon Hodge Podge this past weekend, and I could not be any happier! I had some guests down who requested to go tubing. I popped into the store first thing Sunday morning and got great service and advice on what tube to buy as well as all the necessary accessories. And they even gave me great advice on the best areas in the back bay to tube! I was in and out in 15 minutes with a fully inflated tube and a boat load of new knowledge!
