“The only negative is that if we had our kids with us they would have wanted a pool. This place is off the beaten path. We found it by chance. The rates are reasonable but the rooms are flawless! It was like traveling back to 1970 and seeing newly built. It was CLEAN!!! The owners are super nice. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“Wonderful+clean place. We have been staying at the American Inn with a small church group for about 14 years in October on the third floor off the balcony area. The Inn is a wonderful place, peaceful and quiet, with nice personnel. We look forward to our stay every year. Our rooms were updated very nicely and the beds were larger this time (Queen Size). Even the floors were clean. We certainly would recommend this Inn.”
