“Great place super friendly family of hosts and very welcoming. We had a great time it was affordable accommodating and 1 block from the water. The pool was well kept. Had a community grill. Outdoor shower with warm water and a community drying rack. Rooms had wall mounted cold a.c. and a mini kitchen with fridge Wi-Fi pullout couch. Definitely took care of my family trip of 6. “Rented a boat for crabbing with 2 eight year olds. When they walk out of the store and say "she was nice" it means something. I dealt with three different people in the course of business and all were exceptionally nice. From the booking, to payment, to loading up and returning the boat, service was excellent. The tips for where to catch the crabs was a bonus. If you don't catch enough, they sell them live as well. ”

“I have been staying here every year for 10+ years. We have taken our 9 yo grand daughter to many places. But when her teacher asked her to write a paper on her favorite place in the world she wrote her paper about the acropolis. The hotel itself is not one of those 5 star resorts with perfect everything...but it is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. Kid friendly...great pool...and extra close to the beach. It's a short beach so you are close to the water. Restaurant, bar, and everything you need. You literally don't have to go anywhere else the whole vacation. Far enough away from the boardwalk to avoid it when you need to with the kids. Good railings in the rooms to protect the kids....and fencing around the pool for the kids as well. Hope this helps everyone. There's a lot of reviews on here that are negative because they saw a broken piece of molding, an area of missing paint, or something like that. In the real world this is a great hotel to spend some quality relax time by the ocean. Even if you have kids with you! Don't hesitate coming to the acropolis, it's the vacation we all need.”

“We absolutely love this park! I am not a park type mom but my kids and I love going to the Allen Park! There are a bunch of stuff for kids to play on. There are 2 fields for you to run play soccer kic ball etc. Tennis courts basketball courts hockey rink and a skate park! Oh and a closed dog area and sitting area. With a bridge to the bay!”
