“Greeted by a young lady who did not even get off her chair to show us around, just pointed fingers to where to go for what, when. Kind of set a not so welcome feel. Immaculate rooms, beautiful indoor pool 24/7. I did not partake in any of the breakfast, but the first take at "tea time", there was no hot water for tea, an hour in, or anyone to ask for any, around. Great location, was able to walk to everything of interest in the winter. If I could recommend anything, it would be maybe add a fire pit for guests during the winter months. Besides the pool, there's nothing really to do there at night at the property.”

“My wife and I have no reservations about referring anyone to Desatnick Realtors. She and I have exacting expectations of what we wanted in a home in Cape May. Stacy Hutchinson worked with us for a year to find the home we wanted. Her professionalism and due diligence is unmatched, in our opinion. She listened to our needs and our wants, they did change several times over that year, and in August of 2017 we closed on our home. Stacy did not stop after the closing. She has helped us with permits, local business leads we can trust and has even helped with some furniture delivery that we could not be there for. Todd Desatnick also stepped up to the customer service plate when the closing came and made sure that it happened while we were on vacation so we could walk from the beach, to the office and out with the keys. We now deal with another of the Desatnick team, Jim Peoples with DRE services. When some repairs are needed or changes had to be done on the house Jim has always stepped up and made sure that they are not only done, but done correctly. It is a fantanstic feeling to know that if something needs attention we can rely on Jim without hesitation. We have decided to rent our house out when we aren't using it and we completely trust Stacy, Todd and Jim to keep our clients happy. Call Desatnick and ask for Stacy!! there will be no regrets!!”

“We vacation in Victorian Cape May just about every year. We prefer staying in old Victorian structures over modern hotels. This house was absolutely lovely in every way. First, it was super clean, next, it was very comfortable for our group of 4. The beds were comfortable and so was the living room where we gathered to watch TV and play games at night. The extras we enjoyed: Beach tags!(to get on the beach free), a beach cart with surf chairs(and we used them alot!), a lush, private backyard with seating and flower garden, and bird feeders. We relaxed with drinks there; clothes line to hang our wet suits and towels to dry, an outdoor shower with privacy(it's for rinsing sand off before going inside but I used it alot, there is just something special about the experience of a nighttime outdoor shower that is very enjoyable!); the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were there 8 days so we saved money eating some meals in. The airconditioning and the plumbing, water pressure for bath or shower all worked fine! The owners are very interesting people to talk with, and very helpful with information and so nice! The gave us fresh vine ripe tomatoes from their garden! The charming lodgings made our visit very comfortable and memorable!”
