“It's not often that the whole dining experience is amazing from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. That was our experience on Thursday, January 3rd 2019. First off, the beautiful historic building was tastefully decorated for the holidays. Our coats were taken at the front door and we were seated right on time for our reservation. The tables in the room we were seated in were far enough apart to enjoy private conversation. We were then greeted by Peter, our server for the evening. He was very helpful with making sure accommodations were handled for a food allergy. We know the menu changes but between the two of us our hanger steak and NY Strip were cooked to perfection and tasted even better. Peter also surprised us with a mid meal course of scallops! Attention to detail was evident at every step of this dining experience. We had a wonderful evening here during our honeymoon and can't wait to go back any chance we get!”

“Very happy with our choice tonight. Our usual place closed so we were left picking a new restaurant for date night during vacation. Godmothers was awesome! Food was great, service was excellent and it wasn’t overly pricey. Antipasto was a perfect starter, wished they had better bread to go with it, but it was still very good. Sauce was better than most and homemade gnocchi, how could you go wrong?!”

“Extremely impressed with Sunset Liquors. Katie took an unusual order from me. I called them from Texas. My wife, sister in law, and several girlfriends are celebrating my sister in laws birthday at Cape May this weekend. Katie took my order for 3 nice bottles of champagne for the birthday girl and her friends and actually had it delivered cold with champagne flutes to their hotel room. All in about 15 minutes after my phone call to place the order. Extremely helpful and accommodating and they could not have been any nicer. Thanks to all at Sunset Liquors for your help. I unfortunately don't have the name of the young man that made the delivery. The ladies were thrilled!!!!! Thank you!!”

“Open in the off-season. Good eats. Clean, comfortable, polite staff. Had a great breakfast with the family. Two adults, three toddlers, pancakes and omelets: $45. Not bad. A bit on the expensive side considering we didn't get drinks, but it is close the beach and quaint and convenient, so you are paying for that to some extent. "Small polite dogs on leash" are welcome.”

“My husband and I concluded our 2018 with tattoos at Perigee Moon - they were the perfect ending to our year!! Kristen is a beautiful, inspirational soul who does AMAZING work. She was able to take one of our worst experiences and create a very meaningful piece of art for both of us. Her shop is a super relaxing space, incredibly clean and very inviting. You can tell there is a genuine passion among all the ladies from the minute you walk in. I don't have enough positive things to say about Kristen and her shop - if you're thinking of a tattoo, you must go to Perigee Moon!”
