(June 12, 2018, 11:07 am)Prior to Storage of America taking over I had been a customer at this location for the past 12 years. When the new owners took over I was apprehensive about the new changes that would come, however I was pleasantly surprised with the new improvements that were made to the facility. I presently store my products at this facility for the simple fact that I have 24 hour accessibility with security and I currently run a business out of the storage unit. The staff at the front desk which includes Mike, Will, Jose, & Regina are there to handle any problems and are very attentive and respectful. The appearance of the facility has changed dramatically since new ownership has been set in place. Overall I would highly recommend this facility without any hesitation to any respective renter.

(April 6, 2018, 9:29 am)moved here after leaving Public Storage In Mountainside. my unit is larger, I'm on the ground level. these place is way bigger, perky of security cameras with a drive up loading dock. I'm right next to a large window with natural light in the day. opened 24hours. old mill factory. Friendly staff, clean bathroom. I pay $58 for huge 5×5 walk in corner unit. price includes $12 monthly insurance. I'm hoi b to purchase Renter's insurance lowering my monthly cost below $50

Had a very complicated situation and was trying my hardest to get everything moved out before the first so that I wouldnt get charged a extra month and didnt need it----long story short...everything worked out great!!! Would definitely recommend!!! Very flexible and understanding!!!!
