CrossFit Cedar Grove

If you want a place to feel comfortable getting fit and always striving to get better, this is it! Crossfit Cedar Grove, from the owner to the coaches to the members, is one of the most welcoming places I've ever been. I decided in November to give this place a try and I haven't looked back since! I have made great strides in the past 6-7 months in terms of my fitness and strength. I always know that the coaches will help me if I need tips and they will make sure everyone is safe and successful. In this short time, I already feel like a part of the family - everyone is watching out for you while still pushing you to get better. Seriously - try this gym. You won't regret it!

Found this gym by chance and decided to stop in! What an impact it has had.. in fact I don’t even remember what my life was like before I started going here. I have made lifelong friends and found a new love fort health/fitness that I never knew was possible. The facility is very clean and the locker rooms include showers which is a must for people like me who go straight to work! I have worked out at several other gyms and NO ONE’S energy compares to this place!! You come here for a good workout but leave with so much more!

I may be biased, but what an atmosphere! Everyone from the owner, to the coaches and the members have been extremely welcoming since day 1! Safety and well-being are top priorities. Everyone is super supportive, wants to see each other succeed, do well and push each other beyond their limits! It’s not just a gym, it’s a community!

I truly enjoy exercising here. Super clean facility. The coaches are knowledgeable and very passionate. The owner is beyond accommodating and the community is super supportive. The prices are good too!
