It is second to none. In particular, Kendal and Michael are the two Extra Space Storage managers who exceeded my expectations of service quality. When I needed help under stressful circumstances (opening a new storage account in the midst of an intensely stressful move out of NYC with my spouse and two toddlers), Michael came through big time, offering extra help and guidance with the opening process.
