The coffee is better than 95% of all coffee shops I have been too- and I am using a $150 nespresso pod machine compared to a 5,000 professional machine found in most shops. If you are looking for an authentic Italian coffee this is the one! I picked up a box of Miscela Oro- my favorite, in Fairfield today. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was a great guy. “Always nice to see a traditional type diner reboot. The former Versailles Diner has now become the West Essex Diner, and they've done a great job! Their menu is fairly diner typical, but there are more entree salads and a few more sandwiches, raps and Specialty items. They still have a small bar, which I have yet to try. Portions were good, food was nicely prepared, and the service was above-average. I look forward to going again! They have the best fried calamari in North Jersey. Try it!”
