“We can't thank the entire Atrium team for the care they provided to my father while he was staying there. It was extremely challenging to manage remote caregiving when visitors were no longer permitted within the facility, but it was reassuring to know he was in good hands. Of course we had experienced challenges as well, but overall I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking into post-acute/rehab facility in the area. With the rapidly changing situation and state/federal guidance related to COVID-19, the team really did a tremendous job adapting in real time. Even the Physical/Occupational Therapy team adapted to restrictions and thought of simple ways my father could maintain therapy in his room so he could retain his mobility and strength. And the reception staff are just amazing too - so helpful and always offered words of hope and encouragement. Recently I discovered that Spring Hill (corporate/parent company) also has a wonderful program called Population Health that provides a service for those transitioning to home homecare to help make it easier to navigate and serve as an additional resource. It's been a tremendous resource at the moment.”
