Yale and his staff guided our family through the entire process from start to finish, suggesting and explaining the pros and cons of the different options presented to us, pointing out potential pitfalls we were not aware of, helping us work through the various financial questions concerning what my mom could and could not afford and ultimately guiding us through the Medicaid application process. Excellent job management done by Jon Weller , a caring,,fair ,human being, thumb up for Melissa ,doing good job in handling request. My biggest complaints would be maintenance area , need to improve drastically , there is not a strong team than can do decision making, on fixing a Problem requests all start and end in just 1 person, who usually have not the tool needed. And a simply fixing can take more or 3 days interrupting the job in the apartment because needed to finish another job.”
