Yale and his staff guided our family through the entire process from start to finish, suggesting and explaining the pros and cons of the different options presented to us, pointing out potential pitfalls we were not aware of, helping us work through the various financial questions concerning what my mom could and could not afford and ultimately guiding us through the Medicaid application process. Yale acted as an intermediary with the facility we ultimately chose for our mom as well as with the Medicaid office. I really don’t know that we could have done it without his guidance.”
