She is professional but also warm and welcoming. She is incredibly smart and knowledgeable but always striving to learn new things to help her patients even more. She saw me coming week after week. I ended up getting it for my mom as a gift. We struck a conversation and she turns out to be the most sweet, kind, caring worker any employer would be lucky to have. I asked if she was the owner.: figuring only the owner would be so nice. Anyway she makes custom jewelry that she has displayed in the store. Really nice stuff. Give this store a look. It’s really beautiful inside.”

“Dr Parziale is a kind, compassionate, thorough doctor who will actually listen to you and your symptoms while considering the big picture. He is always looking for the best care for his patients. Many times he is able to Dx you in a visit or two but when a specialist is needed he’s also not shy about referring you to someone from within SMG. I have multiple illnesses and really appreciate that approach. Although there are SMG PCPs closer to my home I will continue to travel a bit out of my way to see him and if I am ever hospitalized I will request Overlook because I wouldn’t want anyone else guiding my care.”

“Been seeing Dr. Rachel Farley-Loftus for 2yrs now due to perioral dermatitis after suffering for a year prior to visiting her first and the medication prescribed by her helped keep the condition under control. Well, the condition is such that, that a permanent cure is not known and it also could keep coming back inspite of being in control/gone temporarily but atleast her medication helps to keep it under control for me. This condition is likely a slow process of improvement and could take several months to years to get rid of so patience is also highly recommended to see the result of the medication.
