“After the 10th time visiting the store, looking at the same glass flower pot with glass flowers... I decide to finally pull the trigger. The woman behind the counter “ Manager” said. “ you’re back? She saw me coming week after week. I ended up getting it for my mom as a gift. We struck a conversation and she turns out to be the most sweet, kind, caring worker any employer would be lucky to have. I asked if she was the owner.: figuring only the owner would be so nice. Anyway she makes custom jewelry that she has displayed in the store. Really nice stuff. Give this store a look. It’s really beautiful inside.”

I’ve never had that happen to me. Lately it seems customer service has really gone down hill. Tricia was super friendly and really a pleasure to deal with.
