Went on a busy Saturday and Dara Greene was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient with my spouse. She gave us all the information, not pushy, and just very helpful. Called her after our visit for some others things and she was able to quickly assist!

Was unhappy with the return policy. I did not have a receipt for an item I was given as a gift but the item was exclusive to PBK and had tags. All I wanted to do was an even exchange. Their corporate exchange policy sucks and I’m sure my attitude to the sales person did too because I was annoyed by this. But, the sales person was very sweet and professional. So, their customer service in this regard is great. I wanted to leave them 4 stars because that’s hard to find these days.

Amazing customer service! I worked with Krisda via telephone and not only was she friendly, she was beyond helpful. Planning for the arrival of a baby during COVID is quite nerve wracking, however, Krisda helped to lessen my stress level. I greatly appreciated her patience and knowledge of the products I inquired about.
