Awesome customer service. I needed a banner printed with less than 24 hours notice and they were able to get it done for me.

Great customer service at this store. Bought a Brother printer and new toner unit 3 years ago thinking that I would need to replace the current toner in the printer shortly. Well, low toner warning came up on printer 2 weeks ago. Opened the new toner cartridge and installed it. Printer started to make a loud grinding noise while printing. Ran the recommended trouble shooting diagnostics on the printer and it indicated that the issue is with the toner. Went to Staples and explained the problem to a young woman working there. She located my earlier toner purchase in the their computer system with my Staples Rewards number. She replaced it with a new toner unit. I came home, installed the toner and issue was resolved. Thank you Staples!
