“Whole Foods has the best healthy food items. Their fruits and vegetables have “first pick” from the farms as I’ve been told which explain why their produce is superior. They also have an incredibly wide range of gluten-free and organic items that I love. It’s always fun visiting Whole Foods because there are often new delicious healthy foods to try. Yes Whole Foods is expensive but you usually get what you paid for.”

“Originally many people referred us to another company, L***o, to replace our steam boiler, which is also 5 star in Google. Not only that company quoted us $1000 more, they might be too busy and didn't really care about us. They were like "give me a written quote from another company and we'll then give you a cheaper price", "pay deposit now or wait for two more weeks, it's up to you". In contrast, Gatti was much nicer. The staffs were patient. They went over all the details of the new boiler and answers all our questions. I initially worried that the great price might come with tricks or hidden cost. But no, it didn't happen. On the next day we found a small issue and Gatti came right away and solved the problem quickly. Good quality and nice service.”

“Great customer service at this store. Bought a Brother printer and new toner unit 3 years ago thinking that I would need to replace the current toner in the printer shortly. Well, low toner warning came up on printer 2 weeks ago. Opened the new toner cartridge and installed it. Printer started to make a loud grinding noise while printing. Ran the recommended trouble shooting diagnostics on the printer and it indicated that the issue is with the toner. Went to Staples and explained the problem to a young woman working there. She located my earlier toner purchase in the their computer system with my Staples Rewards number. She replaced it with a new toner unit. I came home, installed the toner and issue was resolved. Thank you Staples!”

They did an excellent job. John did not like the tires we initially agreed on, so he chose a new set. Perfect!!. Rare you find that kind of concern for what the customer would like .
