Another customer came in who forgot his wallet and was going to have to cancel his order and the counter guy said it was alright have your lunch and you can pay me next time you are in, he turned what was probably an awkward situation for that guy into a great customer service experience. “Whole Foods has the best healthy food items. Their fruits and vegetables have “first pick” from the farms as I’ve been told which explain why their produce is superior. They also have an incredibly wide range of gluten-free and organic items that I love. It’s always fun visiting Whole Foods because there are often new delicious healthy foods to try. Yes Whole Foods is expensive but you usually get what you paid for.”

“I called the Madison location, I asked about our delivery order, from toast tab. For whatever reason the toast tab app switched the order from delivery to pick up. The manager was so nice and polite on the phone, and apologized. To accommodate us, he dropped it off personally at our house. What service! What a nice caring young man! We absolutely love their fresh made pasta, fioro di zucca, and the most wonderful salads. I would highly recommend this restaurant. One of our favorite places.”
