I was having a hard time getting my car to a shop as I am responsible for picking up my grandchildren from school. I called Luke's and spoke to Laura. She helped me schedule an appointment and get my car back quickly. She also helped me with transportation so I could pick up my car. Brad found the problem and fixed it easily and very inexpensively. I felt that Brad was very trustworthy in addition to being a great mechanic. The customer service here is exceptional. This is the only place I will be taking my car from now on!”
