“This place has been so good to me. I just bought my house and was so overwhelmed with all I had to get done with moving. Both Michael and Debbie has given me nothing less than great customer service. The delivery came on time but I had to return the laundry center. The following day I called Michael and he was already ready to do my exchange and to have my new items quickly delivered on Saturday. I left very happy and excited for my new appliances. “My Mom Florence Russo has been a resident at Brookdale Senior Living for over a year and a half. I spent a year researching and visiting several assisted living facilities in NJ before selecting Brookdale West Orange. My main reason for picking this Brookdale was the staff of loving caring people. The facility is a good size and well kept. Chef Bill does a great job with the menu also, but most importantly Mom is happy and safe there.”
