The woman I spoke to set up the appointment was lovely and the installer, Alex, was excellent. Very professional but also very personable and he did a wonderful job on my window. My house is over 100 years old so I was expecting that the paint would be chipped or the wood would be marred, but it looks perfect! The price wasn't terrible either. “We had just moved to Irvington and chose this locksmith. The first guy who came out was the nice Hispanic one. He took his time and helped us with our locks. When it came time for us to change the handles/hardware, we automatically called them. This time the owner would come out. At first, we had to contact him a few times because he forgot our appts or couldn't make it out in time. When he did come, there was an error in the color of the hardware, which he quickly worked to fix for us. He was cool plus he had good taste in music. Good service.”
