“**updated 10/5/2022** While there have been some issues with the new owners of the building, Tom our property manager has expertly addressed each issue and even quickly rectified any superficial issue within the building. I noticed a new coat of paint in the hallways and a new set of shelves in the main entrance to reduce package clutter. Tom even caught me to discuss these issues in person and to update me on the progress of any ongoing work. Truly the best and most attentive property manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Still love living here! I am so happy to live here! Tom Mesters the property manager has done so much for the living experience here! He’s installed community bikes, an updated common area, picnic tables, and organizes charitable events on a regular basis. Plus my apartment is spacious and I can’t hear my neighbors!”

“Tuli Realty management are trying to improve their relationship with the tenants very deteriorated due to a few lack of professionalism staff. Excellent job management done by Jon Weller , a caring,,fair ,human being, thumb up for Melissa ,doing good job in handling request. My biggest complaints would be maintenance area , need to improve drastically , there is not a strong team than can do decision making, on fixing a Problem requests all start and end in just 1 person, who usually have not the tool needed. And a simply fixing can take more or 3 days interrupting the job in the apartment because needed to finish another job.”
