  As a new out of shape yogi, I was convinced I wouldn't keep up with the class and would totally embarrass myself. Danna helped me let go of my negative self talk and embrace my strength and abilities with the 3 week beginner course. She encouraged me to take her Monday night class as well as Peg's Wednesday night class. Thanks to both teachers, I am more confident and love yoga. I am very grateful to both of them.

  Pink Lotus is a warm experience where you can find anything from soft gentle flow to powerful flow. They have something for everyone and you just have to try it to see for yourself. You'll be happy that you did.

  I purchased a promotional special for 30 days and I loved my first lesson. The problem came after that with 1. online booking 2. answering emails about the problem and 3. booking by phone.
  I was so excited to be able to book online and to pick the class but because I had a special the online line request wanted to keep charging for each class.
  I decided to take a chance and show up but I unfortunately picked a full class.
  I work and have gaps of time so this seemed like the perfect place. I hated it didn't work out but I would try it, if I were you, it is worth it.

  Pink Lotus is great. My instructor, Lisa Caunitis, never forces me to do anything beyond my capability, but consistently and gently nudges me forward. Now I can do things I never thought I could. My body and I have become friends. I can't say enough good things about pink Lotus.
