Awesome place, great workout sessions

I just started the 6 week challenge this week and it's been an awesome experience so far! The workouts are challenging and make you really sweat, the instructors are motivating and know how to push you to get the best out of your workout and the staff is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well. Ive learned so much in one week, it's been an invaluable experience to me.

Legion Swedesboro coaches are amazing!!! From the second you walk into the door you feel like you’ve been going there for years! They ALL make it a point to get to know you and know your name (never had that at any other gym). Nicole and Phill are amazing and full of energy. They make you laugh, sweat, and stronger all at the same time. The best part is you don’t have to think about your workouts.. you just go in there and it’s already planned out. All the members are so nice as well. There’s really nothing negative to say about Legion Swedesboro! Plus... it works!
