“I have to say my beginnings with some of the associates, we’re not so great after I had an issue with a mattress. But it turned great with a new manager at the Store named Doug. He was very very thoughtful and empathetic to our situation, we are no spring chickens and needed a firmer bed. He gave us the time and education on what bed would be best for us.
