“Doctors and staff are very nice and patient. We had a good experience with the exam, getting glasses, and learning how to put in contact’s. I only removed one star because it was pretty difficult to get ahold of the over the phone. We ended up having to going in person, but once there everyone was nice. I think think it’s just an issue of workload which is not the employees fault at all.”

“I like this Michael's. It has a wide variety of brands, tools, items, to suit every hobby enthusiast. It's a large store, (not huge), so you can walk around and see things you might not have thought about getting, when you went in. Staff doesn't bother you, but they can also be hard to find, if you have a question. The check out lines can get pretty long. Maybe hiring, or putting more staff on schedule, would help alleviate thing's. All in all a decent store.”
