I have to say that Ron was extremely courteous , knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help us with our order.He took his time to answer all of our questions and even helped us get a discount on our purchase. He made sure that I was getting the best deal and offered service warranty that was unbeatable compared to their competitors . He also introduced me to the pure wash system . Which is a system connected to your washer machine where you use only cold water to wash clothes .no detergent. I was a bit skeptical at first but now am an advocate for the product .
