If you’re looking for a true diamond for an engagement ring, Diamond Hut is the place to go. There’s no comparing and ring came out 100 times better than what I thought It would be. Best part about It is that they have a jeweler expert at the store 24/7 unlike other stores and free cleaning/inspection when ever it’s needed rather than once or twice a year. “I came here for an alignment on my SUV on Tuesday & manager David helped me. We had bought a yearly alignment program, which is a great investment, especially for this are which is prone to potholes. This Sears Auto & the manager David is great! Please note: If you plan on coming to this place during the COVID-19, it is best to CALL AHEAD & MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Also know the Newport Mall changed hours due to COVID-19, so if you want to walk the mall, while you wait for the call that your car is completed (which is usually a good idea), be sure to call ahead to the Mall for hours. I saw a few people come into the Auto Center annoyed that the Mall was closed due to having shorter hours (due to Covid-19). As for the AutoCenter - My husband and I have been here before many times and David always is very professional and courteous. Once again, a great experience! A+ service!”

“***update! In November 2020 I came in to get an oil change service got a call from Frank Carr offering to upgrade my 2020 to a 2021 with payments being about $20 less, said sure why not! Well payments are $40 less! Also came in April 2021 to see what magic Frank could do to get my husband in to a new car with his not so good credit and he worked his magic! I cannot recommend Frank enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Had a great experience here! Every person we had come in contact with was amazing. Wayne Moon is very personable, you can tell he loves his job. He even checked in after the purchase to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. Jason the manager went above and beyond to get the car I wanted! And Joseph in finance was very helpful as well. Thank you everyone for a great car buying experience!”
