The Hudson Cakery

I ordered a cake for my granddaughter‘s birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. Everyone commented that it was the best cake they ever had and I would have to agree, it was delicious. They designed it exactly the way I asked and the combination of vanilla butter cake with raspberry buttercream was perfect. I can’t wait for another occasion to work with Hudson Cakery again, I wish I could eat cake every day if I could get it from them!

Absolutely amazing!! Hudson Cakery replicated exactly what we wanted for our little one’s first birthday party and blew us away with the final products. They were so pleasant to work with and extremely accommodating with delivery, and also very helpful with recommendations on quantities. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!!

We had my daughters first birthday - with a Charlie Colorform theme. Asked for a very specific cake to be made and a smash cake with the main character, Charlie’s, face and Hudson Cakery delivered 1000%. They were not only so pleasant and easy to work with but affordable. I can’t thank you enough for the amazing cake for the party. It was delicious and exactly what I envisioned for her birthday! My daughter loved her Charlie face smash cake so much she kissed it. Thank you so much! Highly recommend for anyone trying to decide on a cake place for their next event :)!

We LOVED our wedding cakes from Hudson Cakery! We did a small display cake and sheet cake and they were both delicious. I have never had a better chocolate cake (get it with vanilla custard on the inside, you won't regret it). And the carrot cake for our display cake was delicious too! Jennifer was a pleasure to work with from the start and delivered our cake personally. I highly recommend hiring Hudson Cakery. I can't wait to order another cake from them!

I loved working with Jennifer and the rest of the Hudson Cakery team for my wedding cakes. Yes - cakes! We had a traditional brides cake and a custom grooms cake and both were beautiful and delicious! Working with Jennifer was such a delight - she was so communicative, helped me make decisions on servings, styles, design - and it all came out beautifully! I loved having this local baker be part of our wedding and I cannot wait to work with them again!
