“I've lived here since February 2020 and the building staff, maintenance is great! They are always available when needed, and have come promptly to my one maintenance request. I love my unit on the 9th floor with a great view of NYC. I would recommend Riverbend over and over again! Erga and the leasing team are also great! Don't read the bad reviews here, 99% of the time its the tenant who is at fault!”
