I freaked out of course being that I have done this once before and the resident in Karney kept my 150$ package with clothing and shoes. Yes I’m still crying about it!!! On a much more positive note Racquel from their postal office went above and beyond with the clerk to assist me with making sure my package was rerouted and sent over to the Jersey City post office. “What I’ve noticed is customers jumping on employees despite the fact that you can see they are trying to hurry up and shrink the line. There is only one worker during the week at my main satellite post office. The people there are always fast and helpful. The customers get in line, go to the window and are told to go back, fill out the paperwork and get back in line. I’m giving the customers 2 stars.”
